Northwest Arkansas has never seen anything quite like Gone So Long. Multi-instrumentalist Patti Steel, a fixture on the local scene who's shared a stage with nearly every musician worth knowing in the region, teams up with Murray Williams for a duo that hits harder than acts twice their size. Together, Murray and Patti serve up bluegrass-tinged country and honkytonk that gets people singing, dancing, and begging for one more song.

Patti's a singer-songwriter at heart, and her originals sit right alongside a deep well of covers spanning Tyler Childers, Doc Watson, Billy Strings, Tony Rice, Lucinda Williams, Tom T. Hall, Prince, the Avett Brothers, The Wood Brothers, Merle Haggard, John Prine, Van Morrison, Nancy Sinatra, Jefferson Airplane, Garth Brooks, Brooks & Dunn, and plenty more.

And yes, there's a clarinet. Because it turns out bluegrass and honkytonk were missing exactly one thing, and Gone So Long found it.
